In Transaction Settings under the Failed Payments heading, youโ€™re able to define a rule for your storefront that says how many times youโ€™d like to re-bill a customer if their initial payment fails. Youโ€™re also able to define the interval before the transaction is retried and the number of retry attempts. If retried payments are still unsuccessful, Smartrr has the ability to to cancel a customerโ€™s subscription after a certain number of attempts.
