What happens when a customer’s payment method fails?
In Transaction Settings under the Failed Payments heading, you’re able to define a rule for your storefront that says how many times you’d like to re-bill a customer if their initial payment fails. You’re also able to define the interval before the transaction is retried and the number of retry attempts. If retried payments are still unsuccessful, Smartrr has the ability to to cancel a customer’s subscription after a certain number of attempts.
